New
Post 177 Fax Number: (703) 991-8342
The
old fax machine has passed away. That's the bad news. The good
news is that we are now set up with an E-fax account which costs
far less than the old machne cost us and will never need to be
replaced due to wear and tear.
Bill Anderson will receive the faxes
via his Legion e-mail account (banderson@post177.org), from
which he can read print hard copies if he needs to. This will
save the Legion:
1)
the cost of a new fax machine.
2)
The monthly cost of a designated fax telephone line.
3)
Provide a permanent record of all received faxes, resident on
the E-fax server.
4)
The cost of paper for the fax machine.
5) Space in the Club
Manager's Office. This should easily save us several hundred
dollars a year in fixed office expense.
The
new Post fax number is: (703) 991-8342, and I will post it in the
office and behind the bar.
v/r,
Michael
Wheeler
